Brrrr....another cold day down here in sunny Florida. When I left at 6:30, there was ice on my windshield.

I ended up running just over 2 miles with a total of 2.5 miles for the morning. I noticed I ran a bit faster than normal, even though my dang calves were killing me for the first mile or so. I ended up taking my jacket off and tying it around me, though I did leave my gloves on! Hey, that must have looked strange. I'm glad I got those 2 miles in; it felt really good. Tomorrow I'll do some ab work, and maybe I'll whip out the jump rope for a while. Monday, I run again.

I'm trying to keep myself accountable, so you will all hear about my workouts. If you don't hear about them, then I'm slacking and you need to smack me.
